ticketing support system, you must do so prior to submitting a ticket. You

You will receive an email to the email address you registered with to confirm
your new account prior to being allowed access to our ticketing support
system.
You are not automatically registered upon starting your
hosting services with us.
If you experience any problems submitting a support ticket through this
gateway, please send your support request by email to gmhs@go-mama-hosting-support.com.
Please include your domain name and relevant login information along with all
details of the support needed, and be sure to include any error message if
applicable.
